We're confident this Online Radio Directory will be a great resource to establish and gain exposure for your music as an independent artist. However, before you subscribe, we want to make sure this is the right resource for you. Below are frequently asked questions to help you learn more.

What kind of stations are included in this directory?

How many stations are there per genre?

How much is it and what is the renewal fee?

Can I export the data into an Excel or CSV format so I can import contact info into my email platform?

The directory is hosted directly on our site. You'll see a full page of radio station listings when you login. At this time, it's not in a format that you can export. The reason for this is that the requirements, contact formats, and submission guidelines are different for each station. While one station wants you to send them an email, another station might require you to submit your information on their website, or send links via dropbox. While another station might require a physical press kit, believe it or not. It varies from station to station. So unfortunately, there's not a way to export the directory for the purpose of mass emailing.

This is a good thing! This forces you to go through each station one by one in order to create a custom mailing for each station instead of sending blanket emails without double checking specific requirements for the individual stations. Going through each station individually and following each station's guidelines, gives you better chances of getting airplay.

Plus, once you subscribe, we offer a 'cheatsheet' template file where you can parse the data yourself. It does require you to manually input the data based on your needs. But it allows you full control over what information you have and how you'll use it. You can find this with the Internet Radio Submission Course linked inside the Directory.

Does the directory allow me the capability to see the contact and submission information and contact them myself directly?

How do I know my music is a good fit for the stations in this directory?

We know how hard it can be sometimes to categorize your music. However, to ensure the best possible outcome, it's best to select the genres that most closely align with your music. See FAQ #2 to find out what genres we have available. If for some reason your music can not be categorized or doesn't align with any of the genres we cover in the Directory, then this resource is probably not the best fit for you.
